Smith in Augusta from an intricate Abernathie-engraved plate. At the upper left is a vignette of the 1777 Georgia Constitution and the motto PRO BONO PUBLICO (For the public good). Fully issued with two signatures. The margins are complete, the selvage at the right is broad, and part of the note underneath shows at the lower left.
